WHAT A PRINCIPAL IS ACTUALLY MEASURED ON
ELEVATES outputs map directly to NAAC, NBA, and KSUM documentary requirements across all colleges in Kerala.
Group III: Advanced Achievements
The Administrative Challenge:
Students must earn 120 activity points (2024 Scheme) or 100 points (2019 Scheme) for degree completion. Group III requires patents, publications, startups, national hackathon wins, or approved innovation projects, making it the hardest group for B.Tech students to complete.
What ELEVATES Supplies:
ELEVATES project clusters produce deployed production software, open-source repositories, and competition entries that land directly in Group III.
Criterion 5 (Metric 5.1.3 & 5.3.3)
The Administrative Challenge:
Requires verifiable annual records of ICT/computing skill development programs and technical fest activities organized for students.
What ELEVATES Supplies:
ELEVATES hands-on workshops and technical event operations generate complete attendance logs, feedback metrics, and event reports.
Criterion 3 (Research, Innovations & Extension)
The Administrative Challenge:
Assesses institutional innovation ecosystem strength and external collaborations.
What ELEVATES Supplies:
Formal institutional partnership with ELEVATES Foundation serves as active evidence of external industry/community collaboration.
Professional Society & Chapter Activities
The Administrative Challenge:
NBA Self Assessment Report (SAR) requires evidence of active professional society chapters, engineering events, paper contests, and design competitions.
What ELEVATES Supplies:
An active ELEVATES chapter with student office bearers and 3-year rolling event data satisfies NBA professional society requirements.
Annual Report & Innovation Metrics
The Administrative Challenge:
IEDC Nodal Officers must submit annual reports to Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) proving workshop counts, student engagement, and startup creation.
What ELEVATES Supplies:
ELEVATES supplies a complete 13-programme calendar that delivers required participation numbers, workshop counts, and prototype outputs.
ACTIVITY POINTS & CREDIT LEVER LOOKUP
Kerala is not one university. Select your institution's affiliating university or status to see the exact credit and administrative lever ELEVATES fulfills for your students.
APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU)
Mandatory Activity Points (120 Points / 3 Credits)
Under the 2024 Scheme, B.Tech students must earn 120 activity points (3 credits, min 40 per group). 2019 Scheme requires 100 points (2 credits). Both are mandatory for degree award.
Group I (Co-curricular): Chapter membership & participation records.
Group II (Professional Dev): 13 technical workshops, hackathons, and sessions.
Group III (Advanced Achievements): Hardest group to fill (startups, patents, shipped projects). ELEVATES project clusters are specifically engineered to fill Group III.
YOU HAVE THE MANDATE AND THE ROOM.
WE HAVE THE CALENDAR.
More than 500 accredited IEDCs operate across engineering, arts, and polytechnic campuses in Kerala. Most have KSUM annual targets but lack an active programming calendar. We bring 13 tested technical programmes; you supply the venue and the students.
An IEDC Nodal Officer can host an ELEVATES programme without complex principal approvals. Start within 7 days.
All program analytics and student project outputs formatted to KSUM submission standards.
WE RUN THE WHOLE EVENT.
INCLUDING BRINGING THE GUEST.
The strongest thing we can offer a new partner college is not a long chapter discussion: it is a live event. On 25 March 2026, we coordinated the relaunch of the CSE Department Association (Celestia) end-to-end: invited the chief guest, managed stage operations, and had 5 junior students rebuild and deploy the department website live in 60 minutes.
The Proven Funnel:
Event → Chapter → MOU (Not MOU first!)
Experience our event execution quality first with zero commitment before deciding on a permanent campus chapter.
WHAT WE NEED FROM THE COLLEGE
Venue or Lab Access
Access to a seminar hall or computer lab for workshops and cluster sessions.
One Faculty Coordinator
One supportive faculty member as the named institutional coordinator.
Co-Branding Permission
Permission to use the college name alongside ours on event announcements.
Guest TA & Event Operational Fund
Standard department/IEDC event allocation for chief guest travel allowance (TA), hospitality, and student project supplies.

WHAT IT COSTS & WHICH HEADS PAY FOR IT
Running an event has real costs. We charge zero fee. Event expenses are paid directly out of budget heads your college already holds.
• 13-programme technical curriculum & workshop playbooks
• Mentor network, trainers, and technical execution leads
• Chief guest sourcing & invitation outreach
• Event management platform & custom registration software
• Dated student certificates & accreditation documentation
• Guest speaker travel allowance (TA/DA) & local hospitality
• Event refreshments & tea for participants
• Stage banner, backdrop, and physical certificates printing
• Auditorium / seminar hall, AV projector & sound setup
• Basic student project component support (hardware/domains)
Collected in published fee structures for department activities.
Allocated KSUM activity funds for campus innovation targets.
Discretionary campus pool for student enrichment.
Institutional budget for NAAC accreditation initiatives.
The Student Build Fund:
We work with departments and IEDCs to maintain a small, capped, documented project support fund for hackathon travel, domain hosting, and hardware components so no student is gated by ability to pay.
RISK MANAGEMENT & INSTITUTIONAL SAFEGUARDS
We address administrative concerns before you even have to ask.

"WE BUILT IT TO OUTLIVE US."
Most campus clubs die when the founding batch graduates. Chapter 01 at Eranad Knowledge City proved our handover framework in August 2026, transitioning leadership to a trained 30-member team before founders departed.
WHAT FACULTY HEADS SAY
